Welcome to our Federation

Now operating together as one organisation, with one Governing Body and Leadership Team, we are best placed to offer our children the highest possible standard of education. Our Federation comprises three small, rural, primary schools – Fountains Earth C of E School, St Cuthbert’s C of E School and Glasshouses CP school, not far from Harrogate in the beautiful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that is Nidderdale. All the schools within our Federation have a long history of providing education in the communities they serve, each with its own unique identity.   

Each school has gone through many changes since their creation, circa 1880, but one thing has always held true, we exist for our children, who come first, and this is something that we all hold true.   

Upper Nidderdale Primary Federation prides itself on providing a nurturing, holistic, and family environment, within which all children flourish and learn the CHAMPS way.
